Ascenza Meyer strives to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for every client she meets, whether it’s regarding a new account opening, a transfer or a daily account request. Her goal is to make their interaction with the financial world just a little bit easier.
Clients appreciate her patience and tenacity, because regardless of the quantity or complexity of questions they have, she strives to answer each thoroughly and precisely and help no matter how many steps it takes.
Ascenza has held various roles with contrasting responsibilities. It has helped her develop into a multifaceted individual and motivates her to become a better-educated professional every day.
Ascenza began her career with Fusco Financial Associates in 2010 as an administrative assistant. She worked directly with Tony Fusco, assisting with coordinating the office schedule and providing a warm and inviting environment for clients and visitors.
In 2011, Tony and Kevin Fusco asked her to step into the processing department, where she would be responsible for the team’s client onboarding and account maintenance. She then transitioned to our analytics team in 2013 and become securities and insurance licensed, assisting with portfolio management and financial planning. In 2014, she was given the responsibility of bridging the gap between portfolio management and client onboarding to create a cohesive and transparent client experience.
Ascenza is originally from Phoenix, Maryland, and now lives in Glen Rock, Pennslyvania, with her husband Chris, and their cats, Iris, Colt, Bismarck, and Lily, who enjoy guarding the premises against birds, chasing the laser pointer throughout the house and receiving a lot of treats.
In her free time, Ascenza enjoys exploring local restaurants and historic sites; binge-watching historical documentaries; watching cooking shows and comedies; bonding with friends over books and brunches; attempting new recipes from her ever-expanding cookbook collection, with varying results; attending sporting events, with a particular preference for the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens; and, her favorite job of all, spoiling her two nieces.
